Role- SRE Lead Duration- Long term Contract Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) Job Description Responsibilities - Design and implementation details reviewed/approved by Client SRE Implementation to use current IAC assets where applicable and write new scripts as needed For all new assets that are developed to be delivered, primary focus is on re-usability and extensibility Implementation to utilize client toolsets, following clients established patterns Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives Work closely with customer Product owner, Architect and Managers for requirement understanding, design discussions and drive to the conclusion Participate in PI planning meetings and work closely with team, Prioritise features Able to Estimate the size of the EPICs / User Stories Determining product requirements and develop EPICs/ User stories and groom Analyse project briefs, requirements, and deliverables Coordinate with offshore software development team to provide guidance and addressing technical issues Working experience in Agile (SCRUM, SAFE) methodologies, Hands on experience in JIRA Tool Implementing best practices and coding standards Required Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Architecting, Coding, DevOps, IaC and SRE Well-verse with OOP concepts and design patterns Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, Istio, Apigee, VPC automation, GKE, Compute Engine and associated common GCP technologies Capacity forecasting, sizing, performance and load testing Exposure to Observability tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Stackdriver, Splunk, etc.) Exposure to standardized Change and Release Management practices Complicated enterprise application architectures (N-Tier, Service Oriented Architecture) Bachelor s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, Ruby, and JavaScript Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, S3 as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn) Experience on at least one cloud provider i.e. Azure, AWS and GCP is desired (Preferrable GCP)" Thanks and Regards Satya Prakash Email : [email protected] Direct : 3152755700 EXT 112 Keywords: cprogramm cplusplus sthree Georgia |
