We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Collateral Management to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role requires a strong local presence in the greater Boston area, as the candidate must be available for regular onsite work and potential in-person client evaluation/interviews. Key Responsbilities: Lead and facilitate workshops and strategic user meetings with business stakeholders (Trading, Risk, Operations) to elicit, define, and document complex business and functional requirements related to Collateral Management systems. Translate business needs, regulatory mandates, and market practices into clear, comprehensive artifacts, including User Stories, Epics, Functional Specifications, and Process Flow diagrams. Perform detailed Gap Analysis between current state and desired future state, recommending solutions for process improvements and system enhancements.
