Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst (10+ years) with strong Banking or Capital Markets experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into data-driven analytical solutions and insights. Key Responsibilities Partner with portfolio managers, operations, and IT to gather and define business requirements. Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic decisions. Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Translate complex data sets into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot pipeline/report inconsistencies. Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. Document business requirements, data dictionaries, data lineage, KPIs. Support data governance and quality initiatives.
