Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and validate SW test methods and tools Manage the definition of test methods and the creation of test plans for new or updated software Execute test cases on projects with varying difficulty Write test automation scripts, code, and participate in code reviews Help drive decisions about test automation strategies Compose, execute and assess results of functional and non-functional tests according to the defined by the test strategy Configure and manage test environments Perform regression tests to ensure software functionality for internal research and product software pipelines Identify and manage issues and provide recommendations to Promote agile software development best practices and test-driven development culture Providing detailed bug reports to engineering team using JIRA Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities An affinity for problem solving, and the ability to understand complex relationships between product functionality and requirements Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments Strong communication and organizational skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or computer engineering or mathematics Experience Experience with developing automation framework using POM design patterns Experience with Python, Java Scripts and OOP concepts Experience working in BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, WebDrive, GitHub, Bitbucket.
