Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role: Oracle DBA Lead Location: San Antonio, TX or Irvine, CA (Onsite) Duration: Long term Job Description Comments from Client: Need OEM, Ansible/Python, AWS/ Azure/Cloud 8+ Years experience in database administration, operations, and production support Experience in leading a team with 10+ people in rotational shifts. Excellent knowledge in resolving performance tuning issues. Experience in Monitoring, backup/ Recovery Management, DB Provisioning/de-provisioning, DB refresh/restore, HA/DRE, Patching, migration, replication, and upgrades Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management Experience in tools such as Service Now, JIRA, Confluence Ability to document solutions and train operational teams Experience with Amazon Web Services or Azure is a plus Experience with automation, Ansible, and Python is a plus Experience in Cohesity, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control, SQL Server, Sybase, Postgres, Cloudera, and Hadoop is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality Experience in Automation skills (Ansible etc) Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to organize and plan work independently. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
