Position is 100% remote however, DCF can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense. (Wisconsin ) The primary purpose of this position is to support the Child Care and Employment Programs Data Warehouses containing data from Young Star, WISCCRS, and Wisconsin Works Programs. This data warehouse reporting will be used primarily by the Division of Early Care and Education and the Bureau of Working Families. The individual in the Business Intelligence Technical Lead II position will design, develop, and maintain databases for data storage and data mining. The individual will perform data warehouse design and testing, including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation. He/she will also seek continuous improvement in performance of data warehouse and ensure security of data. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the project, design and support of enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture and will work with our business partners and IT management team to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Solves complex technical problems Has 10 to 14 years of experience with large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems.
