The role requires strong communication skills, deep familiarity with the application development lifecycle, and experience delivering technical solutions in iterative and traditional project models.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead and support application development lifecycle activities and modernization projects. Work with DevOps and engineering teams and participate in SCRUM/iterative and waterfall delivery processes. Gather, document, and interpret business requirements and technical specifications with security and accessibility in mind. Collaborate on IT Project Management tasks, track deliverables, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Support ITSM processes and tools (Remedy, ServiceNow), and drive improvements to operations and service delivery. Prepare and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; build and maintain strong client relationships.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Business Lead, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; excellent presentation skills. Hands-on familiarity with Application Development lifecycles and technical solutions. Experience working with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with ITSM (Remedy, ServiceNow) and IT project management. Experience with both iterative (SCRUM) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. Ability to gather and interpret data and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working on modernization projects and a commitment to staying current with technology trends. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Other Details Interview process: Virtual and in-person rounds (Tele + F2F).
