Columbus, Ohio Cutoff date for submission 01/19 RTR and Resume need to be in Ohio format Max Rate 55/hr Max resumes 3 The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is looking for an experienced, skilled, and motivated System Integration Manager to join the team. As System Integration Manager, she or he is responsible for implementing, integrating, and managing required contact center infrastructure, application, unified communication and endpoint devices to enable ODAs Regional Rapid Response Assistance Program (R3AP) to support aging community. This position will function as a highly skilled System Integration Manager that include: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot contact centers incident event management system ZenDesk. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot contact center infrastructure including SMS gateway, event management system, dynamic event/call routing, mobile communication app, MFA, data analytics tools, etc. Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements Establishing design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product implementation, development, integration and test When appropriate, leads cross-functional business units for process improvement Strong presentation skills Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Sky for Business, Microsoft Teams. Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable movement standards Work closely with other business units/organizations to implement and complete projects and tasks. Provide direct support in daily network and systems operations including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time, and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. Provide network data collection to support application troubleshooting Provide configuration recommendations and assistance to include troubleshooting and de-bugging support for implementation projects and initiatives. Work closely with internal and external users, and outside vendors to effectively plan, deploy, and maintain production environment. Write and maintain technical documentation Thrives in a fast past, changing environment EXPERIENCE: Excellent knowledge of implementing and integration Contact Center infrastructure including SMS gateway, event management system, dynamic event/call routing, mobile communication app, MFA, data analytics tools, etc. Strong knowledge of configuring, implementing and managing systems Ability to drive results with a sense of urgency relative to the end user Ability to work independently as well as with a team Ability to break down required tasks in project deployment Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Experience working with cross-functional teams REQUIRED SKILLS: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study 10+ years of system/server implementation and integration experience 10+ years of incident event management system implementation and integration experience 5+ years of unified communication engineer experience 5+ years of project management experience Professional Certification in server, and/or network, is desired Keywords: Delaware |
