Please share the resume at [email protected] Position: JIRA Implementation Consultant Location: Lincolnshire, IL Duration: 12 months Job Description: Assist in implementation and adoption of the improvements Assist in making improvements to all facets of Jira use: Workflows Projects Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks Expertise in Agile methodologies and processes Ability to understand Agile teams needs in using Jira and recommend best practices Experience in Jira administration process Expertise in Jira projects configuration and maintenance Role & Responsibilities: Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) Conduct meetings with Agile teams to understand their Jira usage pattern Analyze Agile teams Jira usage and identify optimum/better process Work with business and IT leads to understand Scaled Agile framework that is being implemented Propose and design standard schemes for Jira including Workflow, Screen, permission, notifications, etc. that can support scaled Agile framework Map Jira issues from old project/scheme to new project/scheme Understand and propose dashboard and reporting requirements Drive Jira process standardization across the organization Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
