Position: Oracle HCM Performance Management Location: Indianapolis, IN &Columbus, IN Duration: 6-12 Months Must have at least 3-4 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud: Performance Management Experience in 1. Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live 2. Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems 3. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design 4. Strong written and verbal communication skill Create new rating model to move from 3 point scale to 4 point scale Add rating collection to mid year performance document Design solution for calculating a final rating at end year detailed requirements to be decided. Current thinking is mid year rating will reflect first half of year, end year rating will reflect second half of the year. Team would like the system to calculate a final rating. Today we collect only end year rating in Workforce Compensation. Depending on the final requirements, may do this calculation in Workforce Compensation. Update performance document eligibility to include only some in this new design, others would stay in the current process (3 point rating scale, no mid year rating collection, no calculated rating) Update rating calculation to include several factors-again, detailed requirements are TBD Stakeholder feedback current questionnaire contains ratings from stakeholders Direct reports feedback on their manager Update goal setting to include weightings and ratings these ratings would go into the calculation Mid Year and end year rating from manager, potentially Update performance document to include new sections/questionnaires Keywords: information technology golang |
