The key skill needed from the candidate is the ability to look at the PL-SQL and legacy Oracle forms (on Fusion Middleware) to determine functionality an translate that to the Kogito and Drools framework, then document it so a front-end developer can come along and integrate easily. Some front-end development may be required but will not be the primary focus. The primary projects include developing a colony management system, Clinical Data Repository (CDR), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and research data management solutions. Required: Strong English language skills must be able to comprehend complex technical requirements. Ability to work autonomously. JAVA programming JAX-RS Hibernate Oracle PL-SQL Exposure to Reactive / Async philosophies Experience developing restful APIs. Experience with any front-end frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, etc.) Typescript Experience developing HL7 interfaces. JIRA Strong English language skills must be able to comprehend complex technical requirements.
