Business Analyst Hybris ecommerce Duration: 6 months MOI: Skype Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering workshops andtranslate high level business requirements into functional specificationsleveraging Hybris eCommerce business and application domain knowledge Wecurrently have an opportunity for a Solutions Analyst Hybris ecommerce. Perform analysis of existing Hybris eCommerceand its integration points to ensure any new requirements and proposedsolutions are viable with current design Create and maintain business processes,requirements, and functional specification documentation for Hybris eCommerceplatform Ability to translate requirements intoappropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model Support the creation of test plans especiallyUser Acceptance Testing for Hybris eCommerce modules/capabilities Perform testing duties as needed, working withend users and project teams during the design, construction, testing andimplementation of modifications to integration systems with Hybris Perform testing while collaborating with endusers and project teams during system integration test of Hybris eCommerce Support the education and training of end userson Hybris eCommerce in order to increase end user proficiency and adoption ofimplemented solutions Ensure quality and relevance of userrequirements, functional and technical specifications, data models and processflow diagrams to control scope, and maintain deliverable quality Provide expertise to Product Management on useof Hybris commerce capabilities and tools Have knowledge of REST API's and OCC services Ability to use tools Hybris like Backoffice,Adaptive search console and Solr Serve as liaison between Business Unit(s) andETP on ecommerce projects and enhancements (Hybris) Determine opportunities to redesign or/andautomate business processes to increase efficiency. Communicate system and procedural changes to endusers through written and oral communication. Understand, communicate, and reinforce standardprocesses, concepts and methodologies defined by the ETP organization Work, align and effectively communicate withwide range of stakeholders across the organization in defining solutions thatmeets business needs.
