Role: Systems Analyst MOI: Video Data Exchange Description The IT department is seeking a full-performance level ECI SystemsAnalyst who understands and organizes data exchanges. This position will perform analysis, tracking, testing,and documentation related to data exchange projects. This position will communicate with internal staff and outsidethe state and county criminal justice agencies, representing the interests of Pennsylvanias judiciary. Typical Duties: Conducts detailed and complex analysis, classification, and trackingof data exchange service requests. Works with state and municipal agencies directly to fully understandtheir needs and make recommendations for applicable services. Confers with project management and system developers to determinetesting and onboarding priorities and timelines. Analyzes and tests data exchange services to ensure the exchangepartner is adhering to the documented specifications. Works with data exchange business and technical partners to fullyunderstand issues and enhancement requests. Develops and maintains detailed data exchange requirements and changerequests as they pertain to onboarding exchange partners and developing solutions for enhancementrequests. Prepares test plans, and test cases, and coordinates structuredtesting of data exchange services as they pertain to onboarding exchange partners and developing solutions forenhancement requests. Reviews and maintains documentation following adopted standards, styleguidelines, and accuracy. Investigates and analyzes data exchange issues using SQL and othertools. Additional Requirements / Preferences Bachelors degree with an IT-related major or minor preferred. Two years of related systems analysis experience. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or trainingmay be considered. Regards!!
