At least 8 years of Information Technology experience Experience with Storage Administration Hands on Exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment. Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in Purestorage (Level 2/ 3 support) At least 4 years of experience in Tintri / HPE / IBM and EMC Storage technologies At least 4 years of experience ITIL and maintenance of projects. We have an immediate long-term opportunity for an experienced Network Administrator (/L3 Support) to join our infrastructure support team. This position will interface with key stakeholders and leverage your technical proficiency in providing advanced /L3 support for network administration, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and performance-related issues. Experience in data center environments will be considered an added advantage. To be successful in this position, one needs to demonstrate deep expertise across LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, wireless networks, and load balancing systems. The role involves managing network domains, registries, and DHCP configurations, as well as handling escalations from NOC and monitoring teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with F5 load balancer technologies (GTM, LTM), HTTP and SSL/TLS protocols, configuration of iRules, HA, SNAT, Automap, and application-level filtering. Additional responsibilities include patching, version upgrades, and coordination with on-site and OEM vendor support for issue resolution. A bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required, or three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education. Candidates must be located within daily commuting distance of Malta, NY or Burlington, VT, and should be willing to visit the client location two to three times a week, as well as during critical incidents. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; at this time, we are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas. Candidates should bring at least 6 years of experience in LAN/WAN/routing/switching and 4 years in security, Bluecoat proxy, or load balancers (F5, Citrix).
