Actively participate in the development and implementation of assigned client agencys IT strategic direction/plan as it relates to the CGIS project. The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for CGIS, business processes, and policies, as applicable.
