Role : Quality Assurance Specialist Location : Fremont, CA (Day 1 onsite) Contract Position . Exp : 8 + Years Rate :$60/hr on c2c . Job Duties & Responsibilities: Build automation frameworks to increase reuse and reduce effort. Enable teams to use TDD/BDD/ATDD using Gherkin/Ruby/Cucumber Increase automation cycle execution run times and decrease manual analysis of results. Keep automation current, flexible and designed to work within a continuous integration / deployment framework. Develop methods and procedures to create automation test data and data refresh capabilities. Assist developers with Robust unit/component/ commit/ build and deploy/CI/CD test automation as needed. Recommend meaningful and automated dynamic reports and metrics that measure the success of automation efficiency and quality and provide action items for continuous improvements. Collaborate with Automation CoE experts to plan, design, mange, report and prioritize software test automation solutions along with Dev and QA engineers. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of Manual and Automation QA experience 5+ years of Behavior Driven Development with Cucumber 3+ years of Java experience 3+ years of TestNG, Appium experience 3+ years of Agile and JIRA experience 3+ years of mobile banking experience 3+ years of Quality Center experience Desired/Good to have: 3+ years relational database management system (RDBMS) experience Knowledge with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra 3+ years of Agile experience Knowledge in Open API 3.0, JSON schema Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
