Core AV Platforms: Deep technical mastery of hardware, firmware, and programming environments for Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Crestron, Biamp, and Q-SYS configuration, control code debugging, and API integration. Endpoint & Conferencing Systems: Expert in platform-specific deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams Rooms), Zoom Rooms, and Cisco WebE. , Own the Vulnerability Lifecycle: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the full vulnerability management lifecycle for UC systems (e.g., UC Room software, Crestron, Q-SYS, DSPs, MTR, and Zoom Room devices). Required Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in L3 (Tier 3) support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex, integrated AV/UC systems.
