Responsibilities: Configure and optimize CDN and WAF policies across Cloudflare, Akamai, and AWS/P edge networks to ensure secure and performant global delivery. Implement traffic routing, load balancing, and failover strategies to maintain high uptime and reduce latency. Develop and maintain dashboards in Grafana and Prometheus to track system health, latency, and throughput. Conduct performance tuning and implement resilience patterns, including rate limiting and circuit breaking. Collaborate with SRE and platform teams to continuously improve reliability and capacity planning. Purpose: Maintains the performance, availability, and security of critical user-facing systems through proactive monitoring, traffic optimization, and fault-tolerant network design.
