Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Must be on-site 3 days per week, local candidates will be given first preference) Visa: USC, GC ONLY Overview: Responsibilities: Monitor all finances for two global IT projects Work with IT Project Managers to monitor costs/ trends, actuals/ forecasting, etc. Create reports and PowerPoint presentations for C-Level management on a bi-weekly or monthly basis Manage the Purchase Order Process ( Request, Entry, Follow through the system, track approvals, etc.) Manage timekeeping for contractors, weekly balance, hitting expected hours, etc. Monitor/manage payments vs. contract terms Qualifications: Experience managing finances - 10 years Experience managing finances for an IT department - 5+ years Manufacturing industry knowledge Experience managing projects budgets in excess of several million dollars Knowledge of Oracle EBS - preferred Thanks & Regards: GAURAV VISHWAKARMA IT Recruiter (Sibitalent Corp) Office 101 E.
