The Senior QA work closely with the QA vendor and HBE staff to review, create, and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases/scripts, procedures, and other technical documentation for the GI platform and other software solutions. This position will lead user acceptance testing, execute manual and automated testing, and ensure that test cases, scenarios, and other documentation are created and kept up to date. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the contractor vendors to ensure the quality of our SAAS solution Support/lead user acceptance testing and ensure that test cases and scenarios are created and kept up to date Work on the state-based exchange platform implementation and other SAAS solutions, including our website, learning management system, and email marketing platform Conduct manual and automated testing to validate the functionality and performance of the software Analyze test results and report on the status of the software's quality Require/Desire Skills 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing Required 5 Years Experience with health and human services or health insurance applications and processes is a plus (CMS, HHS, Medicaid Agency) Required Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and tools (e.g. JIRA, TFS, Cucumber) Required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Required Experience leading user acceptance testing and managing test cases/scenarios Required Experience working with contract vendors Required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Required -- Thanks & Regards, Parimala Technical Recruiter [email protected] Keywords: quality analyst green card Virginia |
