The developer, of course, needs strong suitescript/integration/etc experience, but we've really identified a need for a proactive resource we want someone who can dive into issues, communicate well, and meet deadlines. We really want to avoid someone that needs a lot of "push to get things done, as it becomes a time sink for all parties involved. GD has utilized NetSuite for ten years Relied on Solution Source for all dev. and managed services Goal is to move away from partners 1 FT Dev. 1 out of 3 previous contractors have been successful. The biggest challenge is communication, proactiveness. Someone who can hit the ground running. Josh manages the team. He will process tickets, and he helps scope projects, build out plan. Josh assigns tasks. They do a daily standup with dev team. What projects Enhancements. Example: They have QA process before an RV is sent out. Internal request to update the process since it's aging out. Rethinking processes and they are continuing to add to their digital environment. A lot of integration work to third party applications. Are you running CRM and ERP They recently implemented SF. Interview Process: Initial interview with Josh. He will focus on experience, need, and comfort with their requirements gathering process. Krishnan will take second round. 6 month contract that is likely to extend.
