SAP S4 Basis location:Remote Hire Type: Contract JD; As the S/4HANA Basis consultant , you must have the knowledge of S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield conversions, Suite on HANA and HANA database as a foundation including the usages/implementation of Fiori Apps in embedded and hub deployment landscape. You will lead the S/4HANA adoption discussions with the customer clearly demonstrating the business benefits of S/4HANA, and HANA database and overall process of implementation, migration, Near Zero Downtime (NzDT) method, and upgrade including sizing, architecture, configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of the S/4HANA environment. Experience with Enterprise Architecture with SAP solutions prior to S/4HANA with focus on Business Suite Products (ECC, SCM, CRM, SRM) and SAP NetWeaver Products (BW, Enterprise Portal, PI and Solution Manager) and be familiar with solutioning an upgrade and migration project including migration to S/4HANA and Suite on HANA. Facilitates change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the right solution in all landscape. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations. Identify opportunities to provide or create additional client value. Qualification: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in working with HANA database which includes High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup/Recovery, and Security related to the HANA platform. Knowledge of the S/4HANA roadmap, differences between releases, and new innovations that are with each release. Worked with SaaS integrations with S4HANA like Concur, Ariba, Success Factors, SAC, SCP etc. Understand new cloud offerings from SAP. Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications. Expertise in the Change Management tools and methods. Experience conducting business process sessions resulting in fit/gap analysis and production of detailed process flows. Experience working with third party providers and consultants.
