Notify LOB user/team on any delays etc. Knowledge on Tableau. Business object has an added value Knowledge in writing SQL queries, Worked on DB2, SQL or Oracle databases. Having experience on working in Production environment Motivate to work in proactive way than reactive. Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing system Track postproduction release defects to improve delivery quality index. Data stage/database performance/system continuous improvement. Experience in Implement data quality and reconciliation mechanism Review/revise delivery SLAs, development standards, and issue resolution process Working with the team of Production Support, attending production calls. To lead/coordinate with offshore team and ability to solve the roadblocks Strong communication and writing skills. Report out of support issues and threats to process to appropriate team to investigate further. Ready to work in shifts on rotation basis even during the weekends and ready to accept split Weekly Offs.
