Strong experience identifying and guiding teams through areas for improvement (process, development practices, internal and external impediments) Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience Work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies, flow of work, and value delivered. Visibility and Tracking Heavy use of JIRA for reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into team progress Helping PO Track overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery Progress Reporting (% complete on integrated deliveries for each milestone) Continuous interface and interaction with Release and Defect management if needed Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a developer or Product owner Evidence in continuity of support for a team, and progression of responsibilities.
