Must share LinkedIn & two professional references Core Responsibilities Work with Business Leads to define business problems Work with Business Leads and SMEs to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts Identify system gaps Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results Assist with the development and validation of training materials Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessions Complete activities and deliverables per project plan Help track completion of system gaps Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor Understand dependencies with other systems Accountable for understanding business processes, functions and rules Maintain process and requirement deliverables throughout project, incorporating changes Successfully conduct data mapping, if applicable Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owner, and architects to understand potential solution tradeoffs on processes and expected benefits Core Skills for all BA Roles Required: Order to Cash or Procure to Pay experience with an emphasis on accounts receivable/accounts payable knowledge Strong ERP project experience and knowledge Strong ERP or large application project experience and knowledge otherwise it is fine Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, follow-up Documentation of meeting minutes, action items, and next steps Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio Experience supporting development of test cases and training material 3-7 years of experience as a BA Excellent oral and written skills Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools |
