Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in AI Agentforce to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends advanced Salesforce engineering with cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI, to deliver transformative customer experiences and business automation. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Engineering & AI Integration Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with Agent Force AI capabilities. Implement and configure intelligent agents using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques. Build and maintain guardrails and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior. Agent Force Deployment & Optimization Lead end-to-end deployment of Agent Force agents across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud). Define agent actions, configure agent topics, and maintain performance metrics. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and ROI. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Serve as a feedback conduit between customer implementations and the Salesforce TMP organization. Data & System Architecture Design robust data models and pipelines for AI applications. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Ensure compliance, scalability, and security across all implementations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based architecture. Proven experience with Agentforce, LLMs, and AI-driven automation. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent Force).
