They have a complex matrix of shared services on the G&A sidefor all the companies. They have about 30 companies they launched and support each is its own entity but the only hiring the startups do at the early stageis the scientific space. All other functions come from a centralized corporateteam at Flagship finance, IT, HR, etc. They useNetSuite at the corporate level and then each company when its launched has toget on boarded on to NetSuite. Each company typically will need their NetSuitecustomized/configured it a way that suits their needs. Right now, they haveonly 1 NetSuite person responsible for the onboarding and off boarding of allthe companies. When the companies get off boarded at the Series B level thenthey get onto their own NetSuite and separate from Flagship. The Flagshipcorporate team handles that as well. Theyrelooking for a NetSuite SME/Admin to add to the team theyre not implementingNetSuite so dont need a developer or back-end expert but someone whos anexpert at configuration, customization, and optimization. This person will becoordinating directly with the companies, so they need excellent communicationskills. They mainly use Accounting and Finance modules so experience with thoseare required.
