Please share suitable profile Job Title: SecurityNetwork Engineer Location: Owings Mills, MD Work Schedule:HYBRID: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Duration: 6 months MOI: Skype Need to work onsite under the hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 daysremote) in Owings Mills, and possibly Pratt Street (Baltimore City) maybe oncea month. This candidate will need their own device to connect via citrix whenworking remote. Responsibilities: Supporting and maintaining Lenel S2 / Milestone / DvTel systems Experiencewith multiple ACS and VMS system is required. Certified in Milestone and S2 is desired butnot required. Optimizing efficiencies within the systems. Diagnosing & troubleshooting any logicalissues within the ACS and VMS. If system issues cannot be resolved in house,a service ticket will be opened with a vendor. Service Calls Communicate with facilities, engineering, andsecurity officers to identify faulty doors and cameras. Initiate service tickets with security vendorsfor all TRP office locations. Coordinate service visit with vendor andon-site POC. Support technicians when they are onsite fromand S2 and Milestone perspective. Follow up with vendor to coordinate requiredparts and return visits. Provide technical support Focus of support will be for the GSOC andBadging Offices. Assist with CCTV viewing stations in the OMand COS GSOC. Daily support of S2 for badging and GSOCteams. Support OM and COS Guard House equipment. Any physical security equipment that is notsupported directly by TRP IT will be supported by this role. Work Orders Initiate small projects such as single door orcamera adds with security vendors. Coordinate install with security vendor,facilities, and relevant TRP IT teams.
