Position: IAM Architect with SailPoint experience Location: Remote, USA Duration: 12+Months Contract SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ 3 Yrs Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency): Must have experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Must have architected and designed IAM projects involving setting up and integrating SailPoint with authoritative sources and target sources. Candidates having experience managing SailPoint project involving integrations with Workday and Peoplesoft will be preferred. Thorough understanding of IAM business processes, JML use cases in Identity & Access Management areas like Provisioning, Governance, Enterprise Directory Architecture, etc. using any leading identity management products. Keen interest in providing best practice solutions for overall IAM strategy. Ability to understand the organizations Information Security big picture including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, identity and access management processes, tools, and practices and their inter dependencies; and at the same time should have attention to implementation level details. Thorough understanding of Identity Governance and Administration like Identity Life Cycle Management, RBAC, ABAC, Access Governance, etc. Very good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration controls use cases, and tools. Strong understanding of Architecture, Design, and experience with implementation in any leading IGA products. Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt is an advantage. Hands on experience with 4-5 projects involving key activities such as Architecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systems and applications for various identity and access management use cases Strong experience in preparing requirements document, implementation plan. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stake holder expectation management skills Excellent communication (written + oral) Strong articulation and presentation skills Strong problem-solving skills Willing to travel/relocate within the geography for short to medium term consulting engagements Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload Strong leadership skills with ability to lead Consultants and develop offerings. Ability to work to deadlines Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role: Should be able to gather requirements, create detailed technical design and implement identity and access management solution using IDN/IIQ or any other leading IAM products. Should be able to run interactions/meetings with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently. Raise CSP visibility through analyst connects and IAM solution development in collaboration with the competency center leads Details of The Project (A short Briefing on the Project can be provided herewith: IAM Architect will be responsible for implementation of identity & access management solution for medium to large implementations. Will also be responsible for the growth of CSP access management business through practice development activities and creation of visibility among customers through high end access management engagements and generation of the targeted downstream revenue for professional services and managed support services.
