Position: NetSuite Consultant Location: Canton, MA-Onsite Duration: 3+Months Contract-C2C About the role: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support our finance team during a critical ERP transition. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in NetSuite, with a background in accounting processes and system conversions. Key Responsibilities System Testing & Validation: Conduct User Acceptance (UA) testing during the initial weeks to ensure accurate configuration and functionality. Report Development: Build and customize back-end financial reports in NetSuite to meet the needs of the Director of Finance and the finance team. Data Migration: Assist in converting data from Lawson (AS/400 environment) to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business requirements. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify issues, recommend solutions, and optimize NetSuite performance for finance operations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization. Familiarity with Lawson ERP and legacy systems (AS/400) preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience in data migration projects. Knowledge of finance workflows and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in reporting tools within NetSuite.
