The right candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented with excellent task ownership and ability to follow through. This ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and is able to hold meetings with large groups of people. The candidate should be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. This role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation for a global Fintech company. Preferred Requirements Education and Work Experience: 5+ years as a Functional Application Business Analyst 5+ years of strong data analytics experience 1+ years of Agile Methodologiesdesired Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects desired Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics preferred Project Management experience a plus Specialized Knowledge, skills, and/or Abilities: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated high aptitude with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel skills Good understanding of change management methodology Excellent organizational and time-management skills Self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision Strong team collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment E-Mail Is The Best Way To Reach Me .
