There will be no development activities. Key Skills: App support, Jira, Performance monitoring, AppDynamics or Dynatrace We are seeking an application sustain / support specialist to sustain multiple Fraud applications. Duties Create, manage, and participate in change requests and incidents (i.e., trouble tickets) for infrastructure and application changes and issues for supported applications. Monitor and troubleshoot supported application jobs, configurations, performance, etc. Manage and resolve application vulnerabilities. Create application performance monitoring configurations (tracking, alerts, etc.). Perform secure data exchange with vendors while masking confidential data. Use Jira and Agile Kanban to handle user stories and issues. Work with Ally technical teams and product vendors on change requests and incidents to deliver on business goals, resolve vulnerabilities, troubleshoot, etc. Work with Ally business teams to determine technical requirements for business goals. Mandatory Characteristics Ability to work independently with little supervision (self-starter). Ability to take ownership of work. Ability to work well with technical, business, and vendor teams to accomplish a common goal. Reliability, dedication, precision, and attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving (not an order taker). Mandatory Experience 2+ years performing application sustain / support, including change management, incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Preferred Experience 2+ years using Jira or similar software to handle user stories and issues. 1+ years creating or modifying performance monitoring configurations using software such as AppDynamics or DynaTrace. Pluses Experience automating manual processes.
