Someone should have very good experience on Apigee (75% of work is based on this) Very good understanding on Apigee specific DevOps / pipelines. Extensive experience on Kubernetes and Service mesh with GCP knowledge. Candidate should be productive from day 1. I explained to him souring a candidate with all these skills together is hard and he understood and agrees if they are strong on Apigee and moderate on other skills (Kubernetes / Service mesh) is OK as long as they quickly learn other aspect and be productive from day 1. Please modify the requirement that Kubernetes and Service mesh with GCP knowledge (along with existing req) is must and minimum 10 to 15 years senior level.
