Responsibilities: Manage multiple teams and projects parallely Monitor projects and its progress on a day to day basis through JIRA or similar virtual boards Initiate, Plan, Monitor, Control and close projects. Provide updates to stake holders and C-level executives Manage the work items by efficiently leveraging the resources Predict work and recommend resource requirements to management Enable collaboration between teams to arrive at a quicker solution -when needed. Required Skills: Strong PM skills; Serve as a Project Manager for multiple teams across the program where required. 8+ years of Agile experience Experience in handling projects on ERP/SAP and Data Encryption Good Communication Skills Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines. Resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues. Schedule and conduct meetings in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development. Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work and in satisfying stakeholders.
