This role will be a hybrid position in Norwood, MA. The Business Analyst will sit-in in the Digital organization, partnering heavily with the Technical Development and Process Development group. The BA will report to the Director of Digital Process Development and work with the Principal Business Analyst on the team. The main functions of the group are focused around developing lab data workflows for improved data integrity, analytics, and storage management. The team works on multiple systems including ELN systems (IDBS and Benchling), in-house applications, and an experiment Execution System platform. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from the business, working closely with the scientists in the lab, and creating user acceptance criteria. The team is focused on revamping current lab systems and building out new systems for order samples and data storage. In addition, the BA will perform Gap Analysis, and define future state process workflows and data models. He/she must also develop recommendations and future state strategies. The team is looking for a BA that can help where ever needed, be a helping hand to the Principal BA, and someone who is willing to learn and grow within a company.
