Hands-on experience with a variety of project delivery methodologies Experience working in a matrixed global organization where success requires broad orchestration of resources and services. Strong understanding of the business impact of IT tools, technologies, and policies PMP certification is a strong plus. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow application suite ITSM, ITBM, ITOM etc. Utilize knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies Deliver on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.
