Good understanding and experience in Trade Promotions Management processes, related master data, and understanding of integration with ECC SD, FI, Fund management, and Claims processing Experience in an integration environment with ECC, BI, and other third-party systems and familiar with integration touch points. Hands-on experience in CRM TPM planning configuration, Technical development, Testing, and Go Live support. CRM/TPM master data Setup and Configuration, hands-on experience in Master data for CRM, Business Partner, Employee responsible, Responsibility Area , Product Hierarchy Experience in Data loads between ECC and CRM (Customers, Materials and Condition records), middleware enhancements - BDoc extensions. Hands-on experience in CRM UI setup. AET configuration & related CRM classes Knowledge of CRM BOL/GENIL objects Ability to code on BADI and Classes Should be able to debug ABAP classes, RFC and all other configuration Knowledge of integration with BW/ IP/ BPS / planning Engine is a plus Knowledge of CBP / CRM experience, HTML 5, Java Scripting will be an added advantage.
