Responsibilities Act as a Test Lead within the Testing Center of Excellence, focused on delivering high-quality software for POS systems. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers to validate code and ensure system requirements are met. Identify, create, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases, including test data management across multiple environments. Execute functional and integration testing, document results, and track status using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA). Proactively identify functional, technical, and integration defects, perform preliminary analysis, and document findings. Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to team leads and stakeholders. Participate in Agile project deliveries, leveraging experience in the retail/restaurant industry and functional testing. Apply strong analytical, interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills to support team objectives and problem resolution. Requirements 7+ years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience testing POS systems. Strong experience in functional testing methodologies and ability to work effectively in multilingual environments. Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to identify issues that impact the end-user experience. Experience supporting diverse teams and handling complex testing scenarios is a plus.
