Data/process migration from other marketing tools (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Focus - Solution architecture/design experience within SaaS, CRM, and MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) is strongly preferred, for specific projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications - Marketing Cloud certifications are strongly preferred (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant). Similar certifications against other MAPs are a plus (Pardot, Eloqua) Technology - Marketing Cloud focus in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio necessary. Related experience with CRM (Salesforce / Sales Cloud) Integration tools (JBINT, Data Stream, MCConnector) is a plus Monitor SFMCs usage, perform administrator duties including managing user permissions and accessibility, create and manage the distribution of the training library for current employee growth and new hire success and onboarding Adaptability - Expect most of your efforts to be scrappy as we scale and evolve our team. Provide support to the corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud Excellent strategic and technical thinking.
