Project planning and project management planning (scope, quality, communication, risks, schedule, and issues management) Key project management activities including Kickoff planning, steering committee reporting, status reporting, scrum meeting, scrum grooming, project performance reporting including sprint velocity, delivery tracking, etc., Team orientation, motivation, and alignment toward project goals Budget management Test Planning in projects including SIT, UAT, CRP, and Cutover planning Change Management Support to the project including sharing best practices Presales support including estimations, SOW drafting, and scope change management Knowledge of Marketing business processes & automation. Conversant with ABM Use cases with the ability to pilot cases. Manage conversations with Business, Prepare RACI Schedule Meetings & Drive Collaboration Prepare Project Plan with Milestones and Manage Deliverables Conversant with Data Sources, Zoom info, and data overlap Need to be able to put a proper structure in place as DocuSign Marketing Users are demanding. KPIs: One time and on-budget delivery CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) ESAT (Employee Satisfaction Project Management Qualifications Experience in managing Salesforce projects including implementations, enhancements, and integrations Experience in Apttus CPQ and CRM. Strong experience of PM processes using Agile and Incremental SDLC methodology Experience and managed at least four full-lifecycle SFDC implementations as project manager Has a good understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities as a platform with the latest about platform along with VF, UI UX, Lightning Strong understanding of Sales, Service, Commerce, Zuora, CPQ, Apttus and Billing business processes Good understanding of Dev Op Strong stakeholder management experience Strong problem-solving skills Ability to interact with multiple teams from different systems. Must have self-motivated, passionate, flexible, demonstrate responsibility, ownership, individual contributor, excellent oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skill PMP Certification is added advantage.
