We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst, Marketing & Sales Systems. This position ensures that technology initiatives meet business requirements and function as defined. The analyst mitigates the risk of adverse change to applications and services by executing tests and coordinating issue resolution. In addition, this person provides guidance and consultation to team members and business partners regarding quality assurance practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience testing and developing test scripts and scenarios. 2+ years of experience with and in depth knowledge of quality assurance procedures. 2+ years of experience with designing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes. Experience working in a technical environment. Experience utilizing and integrating quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Experience managing project deliverables and coordinating project activities. Experience with defect tracking software. Experience creating and de-identifying data for testing. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Experience working in a cross-functional capacity. Excellent communication skills. Proficient at creating system documentation. Ability to self-manage to deadlines and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in testing processes and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or other CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool. Experience with Azure Dev Ops item tracking software. Experience with quoting and applying system. Experience in health insurance industry. Experience in previous BA type functions. Accountabilities: Manage testing activities for two large projects. Develops, documents, and maintains functional test cases and other artifacts, including test data, test logs and data validation logs. Participates in all types of testing, including functional, user interface, database and service. Coordinates resolution of testing issues with business analysts, developers, vendors and business users. Works with business analysts, internal customers and business partners to develop test strategies and negotiate approvals. Creates documentation and reports for test results and defect trends; analyzes data and makes recommendations to management. Proactively bring issues to the attention of the team; proposes and implements innovative solutions to address them.
