Role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses: Implementing and operating the Azure Databricks and cloud environment Governing the machine learning and data analytics labs Providing AI & ML, data engineering to enable the business to be successful in Azure Databricks Creating necessary changes within the environment Working w/Enterprise architecture to develop native cloud strategy Conducting onboarding meetings for business cloud adoptions Responsible for: Implementing, Operating and Designing Azure Databricks solution Designing of the implementation architecture for all models that need to be operationalized in a hybrid cloud setting Liaising between the data scientists /data engineers and IT to productionize models Establishing code and documentation standards to reduce impedance between model development and model deployment Designing and overseeing implementation of the model lifecycle for all models Creation of reference architectures and best practices for model implementation Supporting decisions around tools and frameworks across all aspects of model lifecycle Communications to business stakeholders and IT partners Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order: Leading groups of 2-5 members on a team Azure Cloud Azure Databricks (platform management and change management) Python Spark AI engineering Data analytics Data engineering Preferred/Bonus Skills: DataLake Architectures - Snowflake, Databricks (AWS google cloud exp) Cloudera/Big Data Design tools (i.e., Visio preferred but any design tool is fine) Is there anything you are willing to flex on if there is not a candidate under the current market conditions with all your must have skills If a candidate is stronger in certain technical skills than others - the manager would be flexible on reviewing them (i.e., stronger in azure cloud/azure database but weaker in others - he would still consider as long as they had the knowledge/tech skill overall) & aptitude/willingness to learn asap Does this position require any degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful Bachelor's required (information systems, computer science, software engineering, and/or related field) Master's preferred (information systems, computer science, software engineering, and/or related field) 8+ years of related work exp and must have at least 2 years of architecture experience Describe interview process (who will be involved, how many interviews, etc.): 1st round will be 30 min screening w/HM on teams ; 2nd round will be hr long technical panel w/PNC partners ConvexTech Syed Anwer Lead Talent Acquisition | Staffing & Recruitment Phone: 214-295-3794 Text Now: 214-296-2578 Email: [email protected] ConvexTech Inc. 10027 Park Meadow Dr Houston TX 77089.
