| From: karthik, RITWIK Infotech INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing good, Please find below job description, Position : NextGen EHR Consultant w/Practice Management experience Location : Dallas, TX (99% Remote) Duration: 3+months, part time for maybe 20+ hours a week IT Experience: 10+ = target Visa: Any Mode of interview: Phone / zoom Requirements: NextGen Administrator, to lead/oversee the implementation, configuration and initial maintenance of the NextGen EHR(Electronic Health Records) application and databases. We need a resource experienced with the NextGen Practice Management module to lead/oversee the implementation, configuration of a NextGen upgrade & data migration. Required Tasks & Skills needed: Assist in running NextGen migration workshops for the client (stakeholder interviews to determine requirements discovery) 1.2. Work with customer & project team to provide knowledge transfer and advisory assistance 1.3. Provide documentation as required for migrated solutions, which may include: migration design, migration runbook, migration plan, QA test plan. 1.4. Fully manage the NextGen migration, which includes the following aspects: Produce migration designs and plans, and share these with the customer Install latest version NextGen Practice Management software onto newly provisioned Windows OS application and SQL DB servers Fully migrate the data and configurations to the new environment, which will run in parallel to the existing environment to allow a period of testing, being mindful of any licensing constraints on the test period Install the new client onto Citrix servers, with assistance from the Citrix Engineers, or alternatively, provide the Citrix Engineers with the installation MSI and configuration instructions QA testing of all solution components before handover to the Customer for UAT Leading UAT checkpoints with the Customer and resolving issues to Customer satisfaction Agreeing the cutover date with the customer Technical leadership of the NextGen cutover.
