It is a 12 month contract working for the end client Washington Metro Transit Authority based out of Washington DC. We can use any Visa work authorization except OPT and CPT. It is 100% remote, but they want candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone JD is below:- Lead Functional Analyst for our PeopleSoft FSCM Washington Metro Transit Authority Primary duties: Create Functional Specifications documents Manage user requirements meetings Data analysis for report generation Support clients month-end close Support clients budget office (OMBS) with budget data loads from Hyperion Work on budget reprogramming Responsible for resolving reconciliation issues (between various systems such as general ledger, project costing, funds mgmt.) Serve as liaison between the business and technical team. Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5-8 years related experience Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Expertise in these specific PeopleSoft FSCM modules: Project Costing, General Ledger, Funds Management, Payables, Receivable, Billing, Asset Management In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft functionality WMATA business processes (desirable if experience specific to WMATA) Standard budget reporting Ability to analyze data from multiple sources identify and resolve budget reconciliation issues Important soft skills: Ability to share information with peers and managers, innate capacity in documenting the work, flexibility in job duties, learning other PeopleSoft skills from fellow team members, sharing knowledge, working cross-functionally to ensure adequate coverage for all modules.
