The North Carolina Office of the State Controller is looking for two Senior SAP Basis Administrators to: - Monitor and maintain the SAP NetWeaver R/3, ERP, BW, Gateway, PI, Solution Manager, and Business Objects systems, - Perform SAP technical upgrades (SAP Kernel, Support Packs, Add-ons), - Perform backup/restore, - Troubleshoot extending tables, creating indices, collecting statistics, - Provide end-user support resolving technical issues, - Engage in performance tuning activities, investigate reasons for poor system performance, - Participate in on-call pager rotation.
