Take full ownership of technical solutions, documentation, and delivery timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development, TIBCO BE (Optional). Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions in enterprise environments. Experience working with banking systems and managing customer interactions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client collaboration. Hands on experience in Java Spring Boot migration and GenAl solution implementation will be an added advantage.
