Job Position :- Product Owner Location :- USA (Remote OK) Duration :- LONG TERM Job Description:- Experience (Minimum level of related experience typically required to successfully perform the job and preferred experience that is also beneficial to have in this job.) 5-8 years experience in a customer facing role and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems 3 + years experience leading cross-functional, matrixed project teams Minimum 5 years experience in consulting or software implementation environment contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines as well as running workshops Experience working within a full cycle software development project Previous experience with the implementation of CUSTOMER solutions preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Knowledge skills and abilities typically required to perform the job, licenses and certifications required for the job and preferred knowledge, skills and abilities that are also beneficial to have in this job.) In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends. In-depth understanding of clients industry (wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models; etc). Familiarity with Business Architecture Excellent analytic skills to examine and analyze critical and complex business and data management practices used by customers and CUSTOMER. Ability to influence customers and assist them in defining their needs based on product and industry knowledge. Solid understanding of multiple CUSTOMER products and Solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive understanding of project management, to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management).
