Chief of Staff/Executive support We are seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to support the Global Information Systems (GIS) organization and the COO. This role is highly visible and executive-facing, acting as a strategic partner to the COO while helping drive alignment, execution, communications, and operational rigor across GIS initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive communication skills, financial and business management acumen, and a polished professional presence, with the ability to operate confidently with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities COO & Executive Support -Partner with the COO to ensure GIS programs and initiatives are aligned with the 2026 strategy and firmwide priorities. -Assist the COO with initiatives related to GIS organizational strategy, priorities, communications, and engagement planning. -Act as the primary GIS communications liaison to the broader technology organization, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. DevOps Program Management -Assist in managing and advancing major DevOps initiatives and transformation programs across the organization. -Coordinate and oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new DevOps tools, platforms, and methodologies. -Support planning and execution of DevOps-related conferences, events, and leadership forums. -Contribute to efforts to modernize DevOps processes, improve operational maturity, and increase observability and transparency across the technology landscape. -Provide thoughtful input, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership on DevOps strategies, priorities, and investment decisions. -Help implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve program effectiveness and delivery outcomes. Training, Communications & Engagement -Organize, manage, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and guest speakers to deliver engaging, high-impact sessions that promote continuous learning. -Draft and distribute clear, concise, and executive-level communications to firmwide audiences. -Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design programs, and address skill gaps across the organization. -Monitor, evaluate, and help improve the effectiveness of training and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Required Skills & Experience Executive & Communication Skills-Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to produce board-ready, executive-level presentations. Strong structured thinking and ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior executives and leadership teams.
