About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Jira Enterprise Tools Engineer to manage and scale our Atlassian ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud administration at an enterprise scale. You will be responsible for high-stakes Cloud migrations, back-end system stability, and integrating complex engineering tools to streamline the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle Jira Cloud preparation and migration from local environments. Administer and maintain Jira Data Center at an enterprise level, ensuring high availability. Resolve complex front-end and back-end technical challenges within the Data Center environment. Lead Tool Integrations between Jira, GitHub, and other orchestration platforms. Provide high-level RedHat Linux System Administration and database management. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate engineering initiatives to both technical and non-technical users. Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) trends to optimize internal tooling and processes. Essential Skills: 5+ years of Jira Data Center System Administration. 2+ years of Jira Cloud System Administration. Proven experience in Jira Cloud Migrations. Proficiency in Java, Scripting Languages, Oracle, and SQL databases. Expert-level RedHat Linux (RHEL) administration and programming. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills. Desirable Skills: Confluence Cloud administration and migration experience. Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar public cloud providers. Experience with Atlassian marketplace plugins and REST APIs.
