This role focuses on ensuring product quality, supplier compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain while minimizing risk and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams including Procurement, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and NPI, driving corrective actions, quality system compliance, and supplier performance improvements with measurable results. Key Responsibilities Provide risk-based QA leadership and independent decision-making on quality and compliance issues Lead supplier root cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective action (NCCAPA) activities Review, approve, and monitor supplier corrective action effectiveness Provide oversight and escalation for product quality and supplier-related issues Ensure compliant execution of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Support supplier selection, qualification, change control, and approved supplier list management Develop and own Quality Agreements and supplier risk control plans Lead supplier risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety policies, and quality standards Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 46 years of experience in Supplier Quality / External Manufacturing Quality Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier quality systems Hands-on experience with EMS and supply chain quality management Expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and supplier audits Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in regulated environments with minimal supervision Keywords: quality analyst rlang California Senior Supplier Quality Engineer External Manufacturing [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3110447&uid=c9b768d1301848c9858493ce38fef373 |
